How to do Seated Leg Curl

  1. 01Sit in the machine with the back flat against the pad and the lower legs resting on the ankle roller.
  2. 02Lower the thigh stabilization pad until it is firm against the quads to prevent the hips from lifting.
  3. 03Pull the heels toward the seat by flexing the knees, driving the roller downward in a circular arc.
  4. 04Return the roller slowly to the starting position until the legs are nearly straight but the weight stack does not touch.
  5. 05Exhale as you curl the weight down and inhale as you return to the start.
