  3. 03Raise the arm out to the side until the hand reaches shoulder height with a slight bend in the elbow.
  4. 04Inhale at the start and exhale forcefully as the cable moves away from the stack.
  5. 05Lower the handle until the hand passes the midline of the body to maximize the stretch.
