  1. 01Position the feet in a staggered stance with the torso leaning forward at a 45-degree angle.
  2. 02Drive the lead knee forward aggressively while pumping the opposite arm from hip to chin.
  3. 03Strike the ground with the balls of the feet to maintain high turnover speed.
  4. 04Maintain a neutral spine and keep the gaze fixed ten metres ahead to prevent neck strain.
  5. 05Decelerate gradually over twenty metres after the timed interval to protect the hamstrings.
