  1. 01Sit on the floor facing the landmine with legs extended and the end of the barbell held at shoulder height.
  2. 02Grip the fat end of the barbell with one hand, keeping the elbow tucked slightly forward.
  3. 03Press the bar upward and forward in a natural arc until the elbow is fully locked out.
  4. 04Lean slightly into the bar at the top of the movement to engage the serratus anterior.
  5. 05Lower the bar under control until the hand returns to the front of the shoulder.
