How to do Band Y Raise

  1. 01Anchor the resistance band at floor level or stand on the center of the band with both feet spaced hip-width apart.
  2. 02Grasp the ends of the band with a neutral grip and start with the hands resting at the thighs.
  3. 03Raise the arms diagonally overhead to form a Y shape with the body, keeping the elbows locked straight.
