A90 Feature
A workout plan that survives the week you actually have
Missed sessions are not a failure of discipline, they are a normal week. A90 lets you move a training day, swap an exercise or change location without losing the structure of your training phase.

What happens when the week changes
01
You miss a session
Your remaining training days absorb the session rather than the week being written off.
02
You move a day
Drag training and rest days around work, travel or childcare and keep sensible spacing between hard sessions.
03
The kit is taken
Smart Swap offers alternative exercises that train the same movement pattern with what is actually free.
04
Your location changes
Switch between gym, home and hybrid and the plan reworks around the equipment you have that day.
05
You log what you did
Sets, reps and weights are recorded, so progression is measured from your real training, not an ideal week.
06
The phase continues
Your 30, 60 or 90 day phase carries on. Nothing resets to zero because of one bad week.
Why rigid plans break
Most training plans are written for a week that never happens. Five fixed sessions, the same equipment every time, no work trips, no illness, no late finishes. The first disrupted week puts you behind the plan, and being behind the plan is the single most common reason people stop.
The problem is not motivation. It is that the plan has no mechanism for absorbing real life, so the only options are to fall behind or start again.
Swap an exercise without breaking the session
Smart Swap replaces an exercise with alternatives that target the same muscles and movement pattern, filtered by the equipment you have. The training intent of the session stays intact, so a busy gym or a missing dumbbell does not turn into a skipped workout.
- Alternatives matched to the same muscle group and movement
- Filtered by gym, home or hybrid equipment
- Swaps are recorded, so your training history stays accurate

Move training and rest days around your week
Training days and rest days can be moved in the calendar. A90 keeps the shape of the week sensible, so you are not stacking every hard session back to back after a disruption.
This is the difference between a plan you follow for a fortnight and a plan you are still running in month three.

Your training history is the point
Every completed session, swap, moved day and difficulty rating becomes part of your training history. That history is what makes the next phase different from the last one.
A90 Intelligence, the progression layer that draws on this history to help shape what comes next, is rolling out to members in stages. It is not yet a fully automated next-phase engine, and we will not describe it as one until it is.

Common questions
What happens in A90 if I miss a workout?
Nothing resets. Your week reshuffles around the training days you have left, and the missed session is recorded as part of your training history. Your 30, 60 or 90 day phase continues from where you are rather than starting again.
Is there a workout app that adapts to your schedule?
Yes. A90 Training Club lets you set how many days a week you can train, move training and rest days in the calendar, and swap exercises or locations when the week changes. The plan is built around the schedule you can realistically keep.
Can I swap exercises if the equipment is busy?
Yes. Smart Swap suggests alternative exercises that train the same muscles and movement pattern using the equipment available to you, so a busy squat rack does not cost you the session.
Does swapping exercises ruin my progress tracking?
No. Swaps are logged like any other session, so your history reflects what you actually trained. Progress is measured against real training rather than the plan you were supposed to follow.
Can I train at home one week and in the gym the next?
Yes. You can change your training location and A90 rebuilds the sessions around the equipment you have, while keeping the goal and progression of your current phase.
