How to do Runner Stretch

  1. 01Begin in a high plank position with hands directly under the shoulders and feet hip-width apart.
  2. 02Step the right foot forward to the outside of the right hand, keeping the back leg straight.
  3. 03Sink the hips toward the floor while reaching the crown of the head forward to lengthen the spine.
  4. 04Shift the weight back slightly to feel the stretch in the right groin and left hip flexor.
  5. 05Return the right foot to the plank position and repeat the sequence on the opposite side.
