How to do Dragonfly
- 01Lie on a bench and reach back to grasp the edges of the bench behind your head for an anchor.
- 02Lift the legs, hips, and lower back off the bench until the body is supported only by the upper back and shoulders.
- 03Maintain a rigid line from the shoulders to the toes, engaging the core and glutes to prevent hinging at the hips.
- 04Lower the legs slowly toward the bench in a straight line, keeping the spine stiff.
